We use secure packaging to protect your custom clothing during transit. So you can have peace of mind knowing that your order will arrive in perfect condition. However, should your order not arrive within 20 to 30 Days, have a production/ shipping error or no updates have been received please feel free to log a ticket or email us regarding the matter. We will try to resolve it as swiftly as possible to the best of our ability.
