At PunkWave 1993 Studio, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping methods for all our custom clothing orders. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner. While also keeping the costs affordable for our customers. We use secure packaging to protect your custom clothing during transit. So you can have peace of mind knowing that your order will arrive in perfect condition. However, should your order not arrive within 20 to 30 Days, have a production/ shipping error or no updates have been received please feel free to log a ticket or email us regarding the matter. We will try to resolve it as swiftly as possible to the best of our ability.
Refund Processing Time:

Manual Orders: 2 to 5 Days

Refund FAQ
What to do should your card expire or no longer be valid before a refund is complete.
- Please inform us and contact your bank should the payment have gone through on our end. As the Bank may be able to assist.
- Should the payment fail. We will send proof of payment and payment failure. If the bank cannot resolve your issue. We will offer an eGift Card due to our policy to prevent any fraudulent or suspicious account activity.
Why is your received amount less than the actual amount Paid, excluding the non-refundable shipping?
- Bank fees
- Exchange rates
- Refunded on price paid after using a discount, from specials or promotional item price.
- eGift cards may not be refunded in cash value. Under certain circumstances we will be unable to fully refund an eGift card.
- Should we be unable to answer as to why the amount varies please contact your Bank. As we send Proof of payment for refunds and keep a paper trail.
Why is the refunding a complex process?
- On our side we have to verify documentation, proof of purchase, investigate to confirm that the purchase has not been received within 30 days of purchase. Then notify relevant parties involved.
- In regards to the financial aspect the delays may stem from things such as and not limited too: bank delays, international transfer delays and error in banking information provided. These things may not always be in our control.
What happens to the Artist's Commission should I request refund?
- The artist for the respective design per item ordered will not receive their commission should you not wish to repurchase, in the month of original refunded purchase.
- Should you request an eGift Card, the artist for the respective design per item ordered will receive their commission in the month of your gift card purchase.
IMPORTANT: Why is the shipping fee not included in my fund?
- We are a company that operates from South Africa. Our Profit Margins are therefore narrower, due to cost of production for local and international locations.
- Another constraint is Operational cost . Which causes us to lose the shipping cost due to currency exchange rates, cost of shipping and tax restraints.
- We also include a portion of the shipping fees in our product price to help us lower Shipping cost for our customers.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at PunkWave 1993 Studio. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your custom clothing purchase, we have a free replacement policy. We can also provide a refund should you wish, whatever you've encountered regarding any issues with the product. We will gladly assist in or regarding any process required, as we are aimed at making your experience with us as seamless as possible. We believe in building trust and confidence with our customers as respecting our Artists reputation, thus our shipping, return & exchange policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.
